Update: Two officers shot, one fatally in Chicago
UPDATE:8/8/2021 8:00- we have learned that one of the two officers shot has died from her wounds. The second officer is in stable condition.
Two officers were shot in Chicago Saturday night, according to police scanner traffic.
According to police, two officers from the 8th District were shot near West 63rd Street and South Bell Avenue and were transported to the hospital. No update on their condition was available.
