FitzMark announces acquisition of Logistics Made Simple

FitzMark, Inc., a nationwide leader in freight management and solutions announced today they have acquired Chattanooga, TN based Logistics Made Simple. The purchase comes a year after FitzMark bought Reliable Source Logistics in 2019. The combined company will now have annual revenues of nearly $200 million.

Logistics Made Simple, which is headquartered in Chattanooga with a second location in Birmingham, AL., has experienced steady growth since it’s inception in 2009, reaching revenues of over $50 million in 2019. The acquisition adds 80 additional employees to the FitzMark roster. According to the release, as of today, April 1st, 2020, both locations will begin operating under the name of FitzMark.
