On Wednesday nights episode of Fox News’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Arizona Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake says she gets a kick out of mayors who are struggling with the tiny fraction of the illegal immigrants coming into our country after Texas, and other states started busing and flying thousands to cities like Washington D.C., Chicago, New York and now Marthas Vineyard.
That said, she states she is also “not a fan” of sending illegal immigrants further inland into the country.
“You know, I actually — I get a kick out of it, watching these liberal mayors just throw their hands up and say, ‘We can’t handle it,’ because it’s life every day for us in these border states. However, I’m not a fan of it, Tucker. I mean, we’re just taking people illegally who shouldn’t be here, removing them further inland,” she stated.
She also promises that on day one of her taking office, she will declare an invasion and execute her plan to secure the border in Arizona.
“My plan is the most bold, most aggressive plan on the border. We’ll secure the border, we will call it what it is, issue a declaration of invasion on day one, get troops on the border in the form of our National Guard, we will stop people from coming over.”
Next, she addresses the drugs that are flowing into our country, especially the deadly fentanyl that is killing indiscriminately, taking many of our young citizens to an early grave.
“And we’re going to stop the cartels from having control of our border. I don’t like it as a mother, and I know no Arizonan likes it that we are the pipeline for the most dangerous, deadly drug this country has ever seen called fentanyl, the number one killer of young people, it’s all coming through Arizona because Joe Biden gave control of our border to the cartels. On day one, we are going to invoke our Article 1, Section 10 authority and take back control of our border away from the federal government. It’s a dereliction of duty what they’ve done. And we won’t let Biden drag AZ down while he’s trying to destroy this country.”
